Due to a heavy workload, the "Amt für Ausbildungsförderung" can now only be reached by telephone at 0761 2101-160 during the following times:
Monday - Friday: 10.00 - 12.00 hrs
The processing department can only be reached via this extension. Students can use it to enquire about the processing status of their application.
