For travelers with previous stays in risk areas, a test is mandatory:
Besides, if you have spent time in a risk area for ten days or more before your entry, you will have to go into a 10-day quarantine after your arrival in Germany. At the earliest on the fifth day after your arrival, you are allowed to do a corona test in your place of residence. With a negative test result you may end the quarantine immediately.

First of all, there is no need to panic.
What you can do are the followings:
1) recall how close was the contact;
2) exam whether you have symptoms;
3) please stay at home and try to avoid contact with other people;
4) if you have a family doctor in Freiburg, call him or her in order to figure out the situation for yourself;

The Health Department of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg also has a hotline in order to give advices to its inhabitants. The hotline can be reached from Monday to Freiburg, respectively from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m..
