Plant-based food

Mensa:

• We identify the plant-based dishes on the menu.
• In all of our Mensas in Freiburg and the satellite Mensas, there is at least one plant-based meal every day.
• In the Mensas in Freiburg there is a daily changing plant-based menu, in the satellite Mensas at least twice a week.

Cafeterias:

• There is also a large selection of plant-based products in our cafeterias.
• We offer fresh sandwiches, pretzels and two different types of Danish pastry.
• We also offer sweets and, of course, a selection of milk alternatives for hot drinks.
