All students can talk to their personal BAföG advisor during the office hoursthat take place twice a week.

All students have the opportunity to visit their personal BAföG advisor during one of the twice weekly consultation hours.

Especially in the winter semester, we receive a large number of BAföG applications every day. Our case workers do their utmost to ensure that the applications are processed quickly and that you are financially secure. We therefore ask you to refrain from enquiring about the status of processing, as it takes a lot of time to answer the enquiries. Time that we do not have to process the applications. We ask for your understanding.

Information on the processing of e-mails regarding your BAföG applications

As our workload is currently very high, we are unfortunately unable to reply to your e-mail within a few days. E-mails are processed in the same way as postal mail, according to the date of receipt. If application documents are missing, we will always request them from you in writing by post or by e-mail.
