New building at Falkenbergerstr. 20a “Young Living”
By the end of 2025, a four-story new building with a total of 138 residential units will be constructed. The plans include 110 single apartments with their own kitchenette and bathroom, as well as 28 rooms in two- and four-person shared apartments with shared kitchens and bathrooms.
The furnishings feature high-quality details such as parquet flooring and electric shutters. The building meets the KfW 40 energy standard, meaning its energy requirements are only 40% of those of a comparable reference building.
Important noteIn addition to a valid certificate of enrollment, a valid housing eligibility certificate (WBS) from the state of Baden-Württemberg is required for moving in. How to get to the Falkenbergerstraße student residence:
- From the main train station, you can take the tram to the student residence. The stops are located on the bridge that crosses the main train station.
- Take tram line 4 towards “Messe” to the “Elsässer Straße” stop.
- From there, you can walk to the residence in about 10 minutes or take bus line 36 towards Landwasser.
- The residence is directly opposite the Falkenbergerstraße bus stop.
