Gutes Essen in der Mensa Rempartstraße, viele Infos und dann Party in der MensaBar:

Das Studierendenwerk Freiburg begrüßt mit dem Welcome Dinner alle neuen Studierende der Freiburger Hochschulen zum Wintersemester 2025/2026. Ab 18 Uhr wird für Euch im großen Saal der Mensa ein internationales All You Can Eat Buffet mit reichlich Auswahl aufgetischt. Parallel könnt Ihr euch an Infoständen von Gruppen und Organisationen, wie dem International Office, ESN, Eucor und vielen mehr informieren und beraten lassen. Selbstverständlich findet Ihr dort auch uns an dem Infostand des ICs und des SWFRs, wo wir bei euren Fragen gerne weiterhelfen.

Du bist neu in Freiburg und hast viele Fragen? komm zu uns! Dort ist ebenfalls die IC-Clubkarte erhältlich, mit der du unsere Veranstaltungen kostenfrei oder mit Rabatt besuchen kannst.

Ab 20:00 Uhr beginnt dann in der MensaBar Kick-Off International Party mit Live-Band und DJ-Musik. Kommt vorbei, genießt die Musik und trefft euch mit neuen Leuten! Bei der Kick-Off Party ist der Eintritt frei.

* Die Veranstaltung ist freundlich unterstützt vom International Office der Albert-Ludwigs-Universität.
* Mit dem Besuch der SWFR-Einrichtungen sowie der Nutzung unserer Leistungsangebote inkl. Veranstaltungen, erklären sich die Teilnehmenden damit einverstanden, dass während ihres Aufenthalts Foto-, Video- und Bildmaterial von ihnen angefertigt werden kann. Dieses Material darf das SWFR oder der externe Veranstalter insbesondere für die Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, einschließlich Social Media, nutzen.

The Studierendenwerk Freiburg welcomes all new students at Freiburg's universities for the winter semester 2025/2026 with the Welcome Dinner. From 6 p.m., an international all-you-can-eat buffet with plenty of choice will be served for you in the large hall of the Mensa. At the same time, you can get information and advice from groups and organizations such as the International Office, ESN, Eucor and many more. Of course, you will also find us at the IC and SWFR information stands, where we will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.

Are you new to Freiburg and have lots of questions? Come and see us! The IC club card is also available there, which you can use to attend our events free of charge or at a discount.

The Kick-Off International Party with live band and DJ music starts at 8:00 pm in the MensaBar. Come along, enjoy the music and meet new people! Admission to the Kick-Off Party is free.
