Ein einfaches Gericht mit großer Wirkung: Tortilla de Patata, die traditionelle spanische Kartoffel-Tortilla, ist weit mehr als nur ein Klassiker der iberischen Küche. Sie steht für Geselligkeit, südländische Lebensfreude und den Genuss von einfachen, ehrlichen Zutaten.

In unserem Kochworkshop „Spanisch Kochen mit Paula“ werden wir lernen, wie das beliebte spanische Nationalgericht Schritt für Schritt gelingt. Vom Schneiden der Kartoffeln bis hin zum typischen Wenden der saftigen Eier-Tortilla – hier erfährt jeder die Tricks und Kniffe, die aus wenigen Zutaten ein herzhaftes Gericht mit unverwechselbarem Charakter entstehen lassen. Begleitet von spannenden Hintergrundgeschichten zur spanischen Esskultur bringt der Workshop nicht nur kulinarisches Wissen, sondern auch ein Stück Urlaubsglück direkt in die Küche. Selbstverständlich wird zum Abschluss gemeinsam genossen – denn eine Tortilla schmeckt am besten in guter Gesellschaft.

A simple dish with a big impact: Tortilla de Patata, the traditional Spanish potato omelette, is much more than just a classic of Iberian cuisine. It stands for conviviality, southern European joie de vivre and the enjoyment of simple, honest ingredients.

In our cooking workshop ‘Spanish Cooking with Paula’, we will learn how to make this popular Spanish national dish step by step. From cutting the potatoes to the typical flipping of the juicy egg tortilla – here, everyone will learn the tricks and tips that turn a few ingredients into a hearty dish with unmistakable character. Accompanied by exciting background stories about Spanish food culture, the workshop not only imparts culinary knowledge, but also brings a piece of holiday happiness directly into the kitchen. Of course, we will enjoy the results together at the end – because a tortilla tastes best in good company.
